Vyzygoth: Now once again it's time for another segment of the grassy knoll and you can be assured you'll be hearing this on pascoradio.org remnantradio.org and for those of you who are listening locally in the eastern Pasco County area you'll be hearing it on AM 1610 WDCX. This is Viz and with us for hopefully more than just this one show is an individual who many of you who listen to the show have asked about, could it be possible that we would have him on? I'll say that the individual is a little bit tough to get a hold of at times, but that was made a little bit easier by, once again, some of the listeners.

Vyzygoth: And so here with us today is an individual that you may know and to whom we will refer to as the informer. And thank you very much for visiting the Grassinole. Are you with us? Oh yeah, I'm here. Well you've just been introduced and the show is all yours, but honestly I'm going to tell people, Iman, that they can read your writings.

Vyzygoth: if they already don't know about it on informerarchives.com that stands for against the grain once again that URL is ATG and that's T as in Thomas informerarchives.com scroll down and you will see a link for the informer and that's what I've called up right now on my computer can I ask you first off though I'm in what led you to start getting into this obviously underground realm of history that's the real stuff but about which few people know.

The Informer: Well about 1983 I was involved with Internal Revenue Service and whatnot and I was following a lot of people, Schiff and all them and I noticed that there was a lot of people losing and Schiff was losing And then they would be doing the same thing, only a different vein, coming back and still losing.

Vyzygoth: Are you referring to Irwin Schiff and the whole tax situation?

The Informer: Yes, yes. Okay. And so I figured that something had to be wrong, and of course I was like the others. I believed in the Constitution and all this stuff, and couldn't figure out why the judicial system and everything else was so askew. that it wasn't conforming to what everybody believes as to the Constitution and rights and whatnot.

The Informer: So I said at that point when I happened to be in a particular appeal case and the attorney walked in and presented to the court a loss of Schiff that just happened that day and I was of course arguing the same thing that Schiff was arguing. And at that point, the court gave me about five minutes and wanted a response. And I said, I couldn't give you a response in five minutes. So they dismissed the case. That's what led me to say, there's got to be something deeper than what's going on.

The Informer: And I got to go back in time and find out why this is happening today.

Vyzygoth: Now, you're referring to the whole IRS situation, and if you do stay with us for other shows, you'll be able for sure to speak to especially some of that information regarding the IRS. You did want to start off, I think, at a place where most of us really do understand to a certain extent where Americans start, and that is with Britain. But you're going to take a look at Britain and its connection to us in a bit of a different manner, are you not?

The Informer: Yeah, that's because, you see, I was being a basic researcher for major industries and I was taught by, you know, excellent professors, not in school but on, you know, actually on hands-on as to how to do research and this is what got me into it. So I just applied all of my learned research and put it into researching history and government and whatnot and that's what led me back to actually the middle ages and then I can forward I mean you could go all the way back further but I figured the Middle Ages was far enough that's the 8th to the 13th century.

Vyzygoth: Well you indicated to me did you not and understandably so I think most of us who have at least had some world history will remember this name then it goes right back to the code of Hammurabi?

The Informer: Yeah the code of Hammurabi If anybody wants to go to the library because they can't afford the 26 volumes of Benedictine Admiralty, major libraries would have it, small libraries would not have it. But the law of Hammurabi was the law of all the nations and every nation picked it up and this goes back to 2000 BC.

The Informer: The law of Hammurabi was actually known as the law of Orleron, the Rhodesian law, the Roman law, and what is interesting is the tie-in with Admiralty and the Uniform Commercial Code of today, because in Hammurabi, that's all the nations dealt with was Admiralty, maritime. And that's what we have in the country today. So it's a big mismatch of everything together that people have a hard time understanding if they're not a researcher. They usually have a gut reaction, a knee-jerk reaction, and they listen to other people.

The Informer: They listen to the government. And of course, in all governments, the winner is the one that writes the history. And this is the problem, is that history has been written and forced down the people's throats without them giving a second thought about it. They just say, well, you know, that's what it must be.

Vyzygoth: and it's not let me let me ask you mentioned two things the first uh... i wanted just ask you but the code of uh... camaraderie that the fact that it's been borrowed from or built upon or extended through so many centuries was it necessarily uh... a good form of government or law for the people or has it always been an elitist type situation now it wasn't for the people it was for the law merchants and uh...

The Informer: If you can get Benedict on Admiralty the 7th edition and read the first two volumes, that will give you a whole nutshell of what happened from Hammurabi and in Benedict in the 7th edition. The newer editions, I'm not sure, but each edition loses so much more of the real information. In fact, I have one of the original books of 1850 and all the judges, if they're worth anything, have this book in their chambers.

The Informer: It just so happened that I happened to get a copy of it over a period of a year. It is so easy to understand the 1850 edition. that when you pick up the seventh edition, it's 26 volumes and the original was one book approximately about two inches thick.

Vyzygoth: Yeah, it doesn't seem to become any more common person friendly, does it?

The Informer: No, no. So actually, it was made for the people, if the people were merchants, were involved with merchants that they could use this law. But it wasn't like Guy's Law, It was just for law merchants. That's why they call it the law merchant. The law of the law merchant.

Vyzygoth: But actually what we're looking at is a law that kind of is based upon mercantilism.

The Informer: Yes, that's basically all it was. And you've got to remember in the old days that's all that the countries dealt with and that's why they called it a maritime or admiralty because everything was across the ocean. And a funny thing about it is, well not really funny, but the odd thing is that all of the countries, including Europe and Rome, used it only for the mercantile and the oceans and the rivers and what not. And then they had what they called the common law, which was the king's common law, and it wasn't God's law.

The Informer: A lot of people misconstrue common law, and when you pick up the book on the history of the American bar by Charles Warren, that will come out and tell you, and they have actual excerpts from the judges, and it's a history book of how the American bar was formed. It wasn't anything on courts or anything like that, actual cases of the present day, but it actually showed that the common law was the most hated law by the common man in England. And everybody wants common law and they cry for common law and they don't know what they're really crying for.

The Informer: But had they read and researched, this is why I talk about the knee-jerk reaction, it's someone said this and someone said that and everybody believes it. But if the person would actually go back into history and into the books and spend a multitude of hours of just boring stuff to go through, but people don't do that. They want instant gratification. They want instant recognition. Sometimes I would sit in libraries for a whole week on one subject and at least put six to eight hours. Many times I opened up in the library and they even had to boot me out of the library at 1130 at night.

The Informer: This is the dedication that you actually need to really understand what's going on and not take people's word for it.

Vyzygoth: do want somewhat of instant gratification or shall we say hit in the gold vein with the first pic we put into the books and that's not the way it happens with the diligence that you've shown and other people have also mentioned the same it's not a sexy job it takes a lot of tedious work to find out really what there is to be to be had and I'll be honest with you one of the reasons why I was happy to have you on is because you did the wet work to which we really salute you and I'm glad you say what you did because people who want to go out there and find the truth may be out there for quite some time and do they have the diligence and the endurance the way withal to continue?

The Informer: Yeah, that's the main problem as I see it and the problem is the people never learned from history Because when I started in this about 1976, when I won my first traffic case, one thing led to another. See, I was like everybody. When you're getting out of high school, you're worried about girls and running around and having a good time. You're not worried about government. You're not worried about anything. And then, say from 20 to 25 or 26, you're looking to get married and raise a family, and you do. And then your responsibility then is to keep the family going and be the provider for it.

The Informer: So by the time you get to 40 years old, which I was, and that's when I realized that something's wrong with the country, it's rare to find an 18 to 25 year old that would want to do what I did, or anybody like me. and go into the library and sit there boringly for years at a time going over everything and all your other friends are out there having cars and having a family and carousing around or whatever you want to do.

The Informer: But what I find is that the people in my age group are dwindling now. We were, I think, the last ones that had a decent education in where we could then apply what we know. I mean, we got a good history, geography, English, the use of the grammar, and today's kids, they're just dumbed down so much. Anybody under, I'd say, 40 years old, 45, because I'm using my kids as a basis for this, My oldest is almost 50 and the youngest one is about 40.

The Informer: When I brought my kids up, I could see that about 1965 the education system started to go downhill real fast. That's the problem is why you don't find these young kids or anybody up to 35 going in and looking in the library and reading. And understanding actually the words that are there, you can take five people and they can read the same passage and you'll get five different interpretations of that. And that is the main problem with today's so-called patriot.

The Informer: I don't like to use the word patriot because that's one who supports the present regime.

Vyzygoth: But yeah, I mean labels are horrible anyway, but let me at least speak to what you said about the education and of course you're absolutely right. And there's a number of books out there that do speak to the fact that the education was placed in the hands of one such as John Dewey, a flaming socialist slash communist. And it was all about training in the end and we're seeing that, so you're right. The classical education was thrown to the wayside. Children are disassociated and disaffected from the laws of of the land in the way things really were in what was supposed to be about so that i have no connection to that it'll be easier for them to let go because obviously we're headed for the one world government uh... you can mention something no uh... i'm in and out i want to speak to it and then we're going to get into the core of the matter uh... that will uh... frame this first segment and then as you did mention admiralty now a lot of this or here's pop up when we hear that we think the gold fringe flags such research report really uh... there is something to the fact that that what we're looking at in in course of law and such is that yeah those things are there for a purpose and i'm saying is if i'm wrong please let me know but but is it is it admiralty law that's been in the courthouses today believe it or not yes uh... and and this is the basis of a lot of myth that goes into what the people are looking at today uh... there is a key

The Informer: And you'll also get this in Admiralty Benedict on Admiralty, but there's a case called the United States versus Beavens. And this is not the Beavens case that is present. This goes back to 3-week, 3-36. How would you spell that last name? B-E-V-A-N-S.

Vyzygoth: Okay, thank you.

The Informer: Now, I won't go through the whole case. It was in the Supreme Court of the United States in 1818. The highlight of the case is, people are going to view what I say as cognitive dissonance, if you know what I mean. In other words, they're going to look at a lie they've been fed all their lives, which they believe to be true. Then when someone comes along and says the truth, that's where cognitiveness comes in.

The Informer: They will not believe the truth and believe it to be a lie.

Vyzygoth: Right, because it doesn't match up with what they've been told in their history books and textbooks. Exactly.

The Informer: Now, in this case, it says habeas and trial by jury is admiralty maritime as it is universal law. Now, the universal law goes back to the law of hammer. And it says in this particular case on 363 that jurisdiction is exclusively vested in the United States courts and therefore the state court could not take cognizance of an offense. Here they're talking about maritime crime, but it says there are no doubt the courts of the United States are courts of limited jurisdiction but not limited as cognizance to general class of cases.

The Informer: this meaning and extent of the terms that they vote for not in the common law but in the civil law. Now right here this explains in this case that the civil law that we know of today is pure admiralty. In admiralty there are two sides. There is prize and civil. The prize is criminal in admiralty. Once they bring in a criminal action, they revert to the civil side and everything falls under Title 28 because Title 28 is a pure admiralty statute. The whole title on that.

The Informer: And that's what you're dealing with in the courts. And of course all the courts, federal district courts and even the state courts, do have maritime cognizance and can rule on certain maritime but the states can't rule on piracy on the high seas and so forth that was brought up in the Constitution. So that's what the states were prohibited from doing the international part. So basically that's what you've got when you go into the courts and you're on the civil side you know that you're in Amity and the Unification Act of 1966 plainly stated that this is the case.

The Informer: Like I say, it's really convoluted and of course the Uniform Commercial Code was the old negotiable instrument law and it still rules paramatera because that is tied to admulty. The admulty in the UCC is one and the same.

Vyzygoth: it's just a different thing that's all one last question and we'll go on to especially talking about and what you want to address miss the temples of the crown with the crown really means we hear a lot now uh... from the patriot community or whatever you want to call it that talks about will probably especially when people want to defend themselves and they bring the constitution in the courtroom and i hear time and time again at the judges get like apoplectic and said don't bring that in here is that a fact

The Informer: Yeah, it's a fact. And the reason is because they're all dealing in private law. And the Constitution is really not made for man, the common man. It's made for the law merchants operating as government. In other words, the Constitution is a legal document. There's no doubt about that. It's been written in the journals as a legal document and it is couched in legal terms. A lot of people fall apart when it comes to terms and words because a term is not a word.

The Informer: A term is a word that has been massaged by the legislative body to mean what it wants it to mean and not what the dictionary says it means.

Vyzygoth: Now moving into the parameters of what we did want to address. and as we said before, we're talking about the Templars of the Crown, but the Crown means many things to many people, so which Crown are we talking about?

The Informer: Okay, that's true. Now, the governmental and the judicial systems within the United States, both federal and state, is owned by the Crown now, which is a private foreign power. So, before jumping to conclusions like a lot of people do, the Queen of England and the royal families and and so on and so forth, that's what they think the crown, when you talk about the crown.

The Informer: It's really hard to grasp for the lot of people that are first exposed to this, but after you get involved in doing your own research and finally finding out what's happening, it starts to come into a big jigsaw puzzle And you got one little piece of the puzzle, where do you put it? In the center? On the edges? In the corners? Where? You don't know where. And this is why it's got to take a lot of dedication to do the research, which we've done, to come up to this particular point.

The Informer: Now, on the ATG Press site, James Montgomery is another friend and a really good researcher, and he has even more research into this British

Vyzygoth: uh... crown and what not than than i had let me hold you right there for a second i could i mean i'm on the i'm on the a t g press dot com site uh... so with other people who are listening to do the same thing i'm doing how can i ask montgomery i mean i know they have the informer down there and we can read yours your stuff okay it's uh... the next one uh... knowledge is freedom that's montgomery site i got there it says knowledge is freedom james montgomery

The Informer: A lot of people would be really chewing up Montgomery when he would put this out, especially attorneys, because there is no lawyers in this country. There's only attorneys. Of course, they're going to defend no and be craft come out with, we ain't Brits argument, because right off the bat, they're thinking they're royal families and the king owns us. Well, that's not true. The Crown was known as the Templar Church. They're either the Crown Temple or the Crown Templar. They're all synonymous.

The Informer: The Church was built by the Knights Templar in two parts, the Round and the Chancel. The Round was consecrated in 1185. and it was modeled after the Church of the Holy Structure in Jerusalem. And what was the other one you said? The chancel? Yeah. C-H-A-N-C-E-L. Okay. And that was built in 1240. And they had middle and inner temples. And it's located in London. And it houses the Crown offices of the Crown.

The Informer: Mainly, the church was outside any canonical jurisdiction of the temple, and the master of the temple is appointed and takes place by a patent without induction or institution. Now, all the licensed bar attorneys owe their allegiance to this crowned temple, but they don't realize it. You know, they're dumbed down, too. When you get up into the Supreme Court and the appellate courts, yeah, okay, these judges know it because they were attorneys. probably attorneys who couldn't make it on the outside so they became a judge.

The Informer: It's sort of like, well for a period of time I taught auto mechanics and it would always say well a teacher of mechanics is one that couldn't make it on the outside as a mechanic so he went into teaching. Sometimes that's not always the case because I was doing mechanical work for like 40 years and then I decided well I'd impart some of my stuff and teach adult classes, not kids, but I'd teach adult class at night school and I did that for 10 years. And I would run into that. But now the Bar Association are all signatories to this franchise, to the International Bar Association, and it's in the Inns of Court, INNS, Inns of Court of the Crown Temple.

The Informer: Now, what is interesting is all the bar associations, American Bar to Florida Bar to California Bar, are all franchises to the Crown. So right now you know the Crown isn't the king. And the Inns of Court, there's four Inns of Court in the Crown Temple, use the banking and the judicial system in the City of London. Now the City of London It's just like Washington, D.C. It's not part of England. just like Washington DC is not actually part of the 50 states.

Vyzygoth: Let me hold you right there. So therefore, you can speak about London, and that's not a problem. That's a city that's in England. But you talk about the city of London, and you're really talking about an entity unto itself like the District of Columbia.

The Informer: Exactly.

Vyzygoth: And can we also extrapolate and say the reason why the District of Columbia was set up as it was and not as a state was to reflect exactly what took place with the city of London?

The Informer: Right.

Vyzygoth: OK.

The Informer: Yeah. So now what is interesting is when I was doing some research here in the state in North Carolina, we were doing some research down in the archives. And after we got done in the archives, we went over into the Secretary of State's office.

The Informer: We were looking up particular portions in there of what we were going through over in the archives. We decided that we would try to find out if there was anything to what we found in the archives and what we had researched or I had researched in Montgomery on the Crown Temple. on the Inns of Court.

The Informer: Well, it just so happened we went over there and we got it from the tax analyst in the UCC section and we pulled up the American Inns of Court Foundation in Durham, North Carolina and they give the address and telephone number and this particular one was contributions are deductible and it was an association and they give the classification and the filing status, and it was non-profit. We found another one in Greensboro, North Carolina, the American Inns of Court Foundation, and it too was non-profit.

The Informer: But then we got into the North Carolina Bar Association, and it's a business league, and it was for profit. It was listed under Section 501C6, We found another one in Cary, North Carolina, and it gives the judge the head one. It gives the asset amount, and these are all group affiliations, and they are in business. There's another one in Charlotte, North Carolina, in the American Inns of Court. Then there's the North Carolina Association of District Judges. Contributions are not tax deductible, and they're a charitable organization. That's what they hold them out today.

The Informer: And they're a group affiliation, independent organization, or an independent auxiliary. And then of course they have, you know, went into a lot of them. And that's when we found out it's tied to the ends of court of England and to the ends of court in the United States.

Vyzygoth: I'm in. in uh... america it should be america let me stop you for a second because as you were saying this lo and behold here in florida there is a temple bay in of court okay and it's it's tbio c you love this dot brinkster dot net and on the home page it talks about the english ends of court and how it all began in twelve ninety two right so folks out there he's not blowing smoke will take a look for yourself as he was speaking i went ahead and i did a search and uh... lo and behold just like you said they come up the first one there was ends of court dot org which is what you were talking about and then if you keep on moving down uh... you're right uh... you get state and regional ones that'll pop up

The Informer: Right.

Vyzygoth: Let me ask you this before we go on. Can you just hang on to that thought for a second? I don't want to make you lose that train of thought. Okay. One, this does really go back to Freemasonry, doesn't it? Yeah. High degree Freemasonry. Okay. Right. Second of all, I just want to share something with you. There is a group that's not very well known, yet it's been around for 103 years. Are you familiar with the Pilgrims Society?

The Informer: I've heard of it, that's all I have. I really have developed into it.

Vyzygoth: if you go when you go to Amazon with the Pilgrim Society there's a modern-day uh... shall we say biography of it obviously authorized but in the back of it i'm in it talks about through the years because it's one of these another one of these Anglo-American establishment things that Quigley doesn't talk about though it was there you know for Quigley to speak to when he didn't however when they get back to the meetings through the years of all the luminaries who came They talk about what was spoken about, like the title of the speech perhaps, but when it ever gets to any of the ins of court, like the middle in or something like that, it says nothing.

Vyzygoth: that's right and people can go check it out for themselves if you want to get your hands on that book but there is nothing ever divulged about the meetings of the pilgrim society in any of the ends of courts thanks so much for letting me get that in by all means you know go ahead yeah uh... okay what it is is uh... the first uh... chancel of the temple church was built by the night's temple alright it's not new uh... it's been around for before they did it but the chancery and the

The Informer: The Crown Inner Temple Court was where King John was in January 1215. That's when the English barons demanded that he confirm the rights enshrined in the Magna Carta. Now this is really tricky. The City of London Temple was the headquarters for the Knights Templar in Britain and where the order and the rule was first made. Now, this is going to really upset a lot of people. That's why we got you on. The Vatican is involved in this big time. Now, why the Magna Carta can be considered crap. And here's why.

The Informer: I'm going to bring up a particular case I was in when I sued the company when I was fired. You can't use any of the Constitution and freedom of speech on a private company in any court. They'll just laugh you out of the court. I had brought up a particular part of the Magna Carta in the case. I had one attorney write to the other attorney and I happened to get a copy of it. After I lost the case, naturally, And after that, I was privy to a document that was given to me by an attorney.

The Informer: He shouldn't have. He didn't realize what he was doing, but I got it. And one attorney said to the other, and you were worried about the Magna Carta, this puts it back where it belongs in the scrap pile. That's the exact quote. And I can remember to this day, it was back in 1987. And the reason why the Magna Carta was overruled, is first off the king, now we're talking about the king now, not the crown, but the king was in a crusade, this was in the crusade time, and they were fighting with the Vatican. In steps the crown.

The Informer: The crown fronted both sides, they always do, in any war, and that made both the king and the Vatican, the Pope. The Pope is a figurehead in the Vatican just like Bush is today in the country. So it's the Vatican regime that controls the Pope and what is the inner workings that goes on. So they had fronted the money to the Vatican and the king and therefore they controlled them.

The Informer: What happened was the king couldn't sign the document which contained the Magna Carta on the right because a sword was held to his throat. Well, anybody today, if you've got a guy coming up to you with a gun and he points it at you and says, sign it, and you sign it, that's under duress, right?

Vyzygoth: Right.

The Informer: Well, the throat and the sword of the king was under duress. And in August the 24th, 1215, the Pope issued a papal bull stating that the document signed by the king was a fraud because it was under duress. And he denounced it. Because he was afraid to lose his 600 pounds, it was guaranteed him. in the signing of this.

The Informer: There is one instance, and you can find this because I've gotten this from the London Library. I couldn't go there myself personally because they wouldn't allow me in, but I had a professor from Clemson University that went over and pulled a lot of these documents for me and asked me what I wanted because he was going over there. When he got there, he came back and I got the original copy of the Treaty of Peace. Also, he was shocked when he found there were contracts and treaties and agreements made in 455 A.D. that are still alive and working today in the modern world.

The Informer: Now just think, if a treaty or a document goes back to 455 AD, still has ruling concepts on today's world, there's a lot of other stuff that people have no idea exists, and why they are being controlled the way they are, and if they don't have this foundation, they're forever floundering around because they can't hit the nose nail, or the head of the nail with an hammer. It's just all over the spot. So what happens is that, like I said, I mentioned Charles Warren's The History of the American Bar.

The Informer: If anybody really wants to get into some research, this is one of the books that I would suggest getting. Now, you might say, what authority as a crown usurped the national sovereignty of the American people? Well, it's acceptable that the U.S. court decides constitutional issues in the U.S. Now, can it be considered being constitutional when the Supreme Court is appointed by and paid by the people who front the federal government, the Crown? They all operate under the Crown. I mean, if you go back into history, you'll notice that bills of credit were not supposed to be used But yet, every federal judge is being paid by a bill of credit.

The Informer: Now, who issues a bill of credit? Well, everybody says, well, the United States government pays them. Uh-uh. The United States government might issue, out of the department, a bill of credit, a check. You go to and cash that. Who pays it?

Vyzygoth: Will it go back to the Crown?

The Informer: That's right. Right back to the Crown. And the Crown, as people should know, are the international bankers. Now, there are, in this system, the Private Federal Reserve. The Private Federal Reserve was the actual exchequer of England. Now, it's not exchequer of like Well, let me see. Let me put it to you this way. If I form a bank myself, and in a country that never had a bank, and what would you call it? The first.

The Informer: The first, right? So, alright. The first bank of America, or the first bank of the United States, was the private concern of the Crown. the Crown Templar came in and instituted the First Bank of the United States. It wasn't the government that instituted it, it was the Crown that was the initiator and under the blessings of Congress allowed the First Bank to come in. Today's private Federal Reserve is an offshoot of that bank. It's the same thing, it's just the Federal Reserve.

The Informer: And in there you have the International Monetary Fund, the World Trade Organization, and the Bank of International Settlements. Even Hitler respected the crown bankers because that's where he got his money from, and they were from Switzerland. The Bank of International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland controls all the central banks of the G7 nations. And right there goes back to where the crown and the Vatican was fighting and the international bank who controls the gold rules the world. Everybody knows that.

The Informer: A lot of your listeners are going to be rolling around scratching their head and trying to think, how am I going to take this and put it all together? I can't do a justice in a one hour show. I couldn't do a justice in a ten hour show. This is years and years of work to get this.

Vyzygoth: But may I ask you something at this point? Yes. Is it not true that the Vatican eventually, with the banksters, made nice?

The Informer: Made what?

Vyzygoth: Well, you know, they finally put their differences behind them.

The Informer: Oh yeah, that's what it is. You have the Vatican Cabal with the bank. And the tenets of the Catholic Church, Catholic meaning universal, is that no man can own the land because the Pope supposedly What I liked about the 1828 Webster's first dictionary is that he came out and called the Pope a fraud because he claimed to be the vicar of Christ when no one really can be the vicar of Christ. He just appointed himself as the vicar of Christ.

The Informer: So that's why Christ went after the attorneys and, you know, woe be unto you lawyers and so on and so forth. uh... a good book to get his rodeo who was uh... judge and i can't be where i got his book but i don't have it at hand to give you the date but uh... it's uh... really modern and you might even be able to pick it up on the on the internet i think his name is frank rodeo we have a title for that uh... will be in to your lawyers okay beautiful so uh... brutal vipers

Vyzygoth: Yeah, yeah, uh-huh. Hold on a second, though, but you know what? I've been remiss in doing this. You do have your information on against the grain. And the other thing is, though, you do have some things that are up for sale. Can we talk about them right now?

The Informer: Well, the only thing that's there is two books. One is The New History of America, and the other is It's a book where it has been knocked by government like all the other books because the book's title asks the question, which one are you? It doesn't tell you which one you are. It doesn't say, well, you're this and you're that and so on and so forth. You have to make your own determination, but it's got all the info in there.

Vyzygoth: All right, and you do have on that website the books listed. You do really seem to have more than two. Which one are you? Do you have volume one and one A response?

The Informer: Yeah, well they were the offshoots, some of the offshoots of the first book, which was printed in 1991, 1990. And then the other one, which was in 1996, when even more information came out. So there are the two main books. The other ones, are small blurbs and booklet forms and stuff like that, yeah.

Vyzygoth: Alright and folks when you do go there, there are stringent rules as to what eye man wants with regard to remuneration and please follow what he asks you to do. Now there's one other thing I want to ask you. and be frank we didn't talk about this before but if people want to contact you by email I know that it was a bit for me to get that would you want people emailing you or would you rather have them send it through me and I'll pass it along to you if you wish to feel the emails at all how do you feel about that?

The Informer: I can use you as a front because I get inundated with so much emails that This morning when I opened it up, I didn't have any emails last night at 1 o'clock when I closed down. When I woke up this morning, I had 282 emails. And about 30% of them was the garbage mails you know. all the sex stuff and the poor stuff in the bank stuff and everybody it's a good group to be involved with the poor yeah i think that that that that maybe if i made the book into a porn book that some of them but the kind of pornography is just as legalized

Vyzygoth: Right. All right, so let people pass it through me at visigoth at hotmail.com. We'll deal with that. And we're about 13 minutes, 12 minutes left in this. And the thing is, I want to bring you back to something. And let me do that with this question. Speaking about Switzerland, where the Bank of International Settlements was, is, is it still there, located in Switzerland?

The Informer: Oh yes, yes, yes. In fact, Gonzalez, not the president, not the attorney general, but Gonzalez was on the banking commission and we had talked to him. Is that Henry from Texas? Pardon? Is that Henry from Texas? Right, right.

Vyzygoth: Okay, okay.

The Informer: Yeah. And he was talking about the big boys and it was on one of the shows, like 60 Minutes, and he mentioned about you don't mess with the big boys. Meaning when he was talking, even the United States government doesn't mess with the big boys. Because, you know, they control the United States, that's it. And that would be the bankers. That's right, the international bankers.

Vyzygoth: Can we also assume that the reason why Switzerland has been so wonderfully untouched and neutral through all the wars that have ravaged Europe is because that's where everybody keeps their change. That's right.

The Informer: And what was interesting too, you know, during the war, I.G. Farben was a company in Germany.

Vyzygoth: Exactly.

The Informer: I had my uncle who was a B-17 bomber pilot. He's since died. But there's another World War II bomber pilot in the Flu B-17s. He lives here in North Carolina and I'm conversed with him. He visits me every once in a while and tells me a lot of stories. He was saying that when they had a bomb run, they could not bomb IG Farbing Corporation only lost 15% of its property by bombing. The reason why is because it was an affront for the international bankers in Germany at the time.

The Informer: Even America, the United States government, actually do it and informed their pilots bomb i'd be part of it i think that my uncle when he was alive he told me he says you know after they went back he talked a lot of german people to work there and he says you know we would sit out on our lawn and we would watch you go over while we're eating our lunch we knew that you are going to us uh... i mean if i could i don't think i've talked about this on the air can i can i tell you short anecdote that resonates with what you said

Vyzygoth: thank you i guess you have to say yes but yeah you're on the show but real quick because i mean you know i just told you the other day i watch catch twenty two and what it was doing it was told is right out loud the corporations where the whole the whole war and this is in a movie in nineteen seventy which as you said you know i was young chasers skirts watch the movie or get it you know what i mean uh... but this is what i would tell you i wasn't i was working sales in dc back in nineteen seventy seven And a guy corners me and he was in the army in World War II. He asked me what I thought about Vietnam. And I didn't want to get in that kind of conversation. I said, look, I'm only going to tell you I really don't understand what it was all about. I was spared because I had a 1S and I never went. He went on to regale me.

Vyzygoth: about just what you said, that when he was in the trenches with the other grunts, they were getting teased by radio, like people don't think that Tokyo Rose didn't happen with the Germans too, do you know what I mean? Oh yeah. Oh yeah, they went after each other. And so, they were taunting the Americans, that you don't know where these places are, because if you did, you'd bomb them. And it went back and forth. Well one day what happened was, the word went down the trenches, that indeed, the American Air Force went up, Army Air Force and dumped garbage on the plants to let them know yes, you SOBs We know where you are, but we cannot destroy you and that gentleman looked at me and he said from that point onward He said we don't care who wins this damn war. It's about us getting back alive Yes, so excellent that you brought that up.

The Informer: I'm glad you did because that is the way things are Well, that's why the war in Vietnam was fought over rubber with firestone that was going to be hurt because of the synthetic rubber and the real rubber. You need real rubber, even in synthetic tires. Right. And that's what that was actually fought over. The French fought over it for years, and they told the United States don't get involved. Of course, we got involved. And that's why in World War I, the reason why we entered World War I, and this is coming from the research that I have done, sitting in the library for hours and hours, one thing leads to another and you'll find all these offshoots, how they tie in to corporations and the banking system.

The Informer: Rockefeller had Standard Oil and owned Standard Oil and he had oil wells in Saudi Arabia and he had contracts with them. During World War I, Germany would not allow him to go through Europe, through Germany to get to Saudi Arabia And that's why Rockefeller had instituted, actually instituted the First World War because of that oil that he had been denied by going through Germany. So that's when he got the United States.

Vyzygoth: And let's remember too that he was behind the Bolshevik Revolution along with Jacob Schiff.

The Informer: Yes. Not only that, but that's why in the research that I found that in 1933 when Roosevelt himself, who was a a buddy of Rockefeller, he wanted to start war with Japan in 1933. But they told him, no, hold off. The reason why is because of Rockefeller and the oil reserves in China. He had contracts with the oil reserves in China and he had a lot of oil wells in there. And he was afraid Japan would go in and confiscate those oil wells in China. And he didn't want that.

The Informer: Anyway, Stimson, who was the Secretary of State, had convinced Roosevelt to hold off. And then when the infamous attack on Pearl Harbor, which Roosevelt knew about, Stimson knew about, because he was over there in China, in Japan at the day, that the planes were coming towards Pearl and they were notified the day before.

The Informer: They allowed that to happen to get the American people so incensed that they would allow Roosevelt to declare war on Japan unknowingly amongst the American people.

Vyzygoth: to protect the oil interest that rockefeller had there is a book called have you read it the final secret of pearl by retired rear admiral fia bold no i haven't all right uh... if they could you get a chance and get your hands on i think it will just but you'll understand why it's a gem final secret of pearl by rear admiral robert the above written in nineteen fifty four says exactly what you stated date field all new that stinson uh... harry stinson and roosevelt and the whole cabinet knew what was going to happen here they did right and it was in in this case to was there not another thing in the course medley butler have you ever read that the war is iraq it no i thought this is quite off he he says quite frankly i mean this is a guy that was a brigadier general marines and he said yeah i mean life safe for russia for standard oil in china and that's it that's a statement i have yeah that you can read that online war is a racket but the other thing about the above book he said that they all knew it and what i love is the is the syntax they use in that the fact that the cabinet quote appreciate that would be a major loss of life right thanks guys not did this also time in get us back to the league into a war with germany because of the tripartite agreement that had been made between italy japan and germany unit exactly right you know and uh...

The Informer: When you mention about that book, another book that I doubt anybody is going to be able to get, unless they go to an old bookstore that might be able to get old books, is called The Federal Reserve Conspiracy and Rockefeller, Their Gold Corner, by Emanuel M. Josephson. It was issued by the Chedney Press. Spell Chedney, please.

Vyzygoth: uh... it's c h e d and he why but the reason i say that is because having worked for a university library with whom i still have good contacts never never never ever underestimate the power of the library loan right and that's how i got a lot of books on the run that went through and get my hands on it and uh... following instructions okay this is nineteen sixty eight and that has a library of congress card number sixty eight to nine four five five excellent all right we only have a couple of minutes left and I'll tell you this has been really an invaluable jeez amount of time and I know we haven't scratched things at all I mean the surface of things but I'll tell you what still in all this kind of information is what people really need those who listen to the show are only going to hear this and be confirmed reaffirmed the whatever those who don't know can either take a look with this is a starting point but the thing is if we don't do it i'm in you never know what's going to happen we can do it they can all fall upon deaf ears but that's the way it goes is it not yes because uh... uh... wrote up this little thing for this first uh... which is seventeen pages uh...

The Informer: Believe it or not, I am down to page four. There's so much that people have to understand about, first, the foundation. Without a foundation, you can't do anything. It's like when people go into fighting the IRS, they start on the fourth floor. and they work on up to the 12th or 13th floor and they lose. But had they gone back at the foundation and looked at the foundation, they might not have lost.

The Informer: But the problem is nobody starts at the foundation. Nobody wants to go back to old timey law. Oh, that's old history. That's ancient history. What does that got to do with today's problem? Right. Just like when you're in high school. and you go back and you look at Shakespeare and all those things and they try to teach you this, what's that got to do with modern living you say? Well, in certain instances, it really doesn't mean anything, but when you go into history and law, you have to go way back. A hundred years is nothing.

The Informer: In fact, if you go to your cases today, they call ancient history anything older than 20 years. So think about that. 20 years is considered ancient history in law, but we're going back centuries.

Vyzygoth: let's hold it right there, I tell you that's a good place to stop and if you don't mind let's pick it up at another time which we will agree on where we can pick it up right from the point where it should be stopped once again this is the informer you can go to informerarchives.com to find out his writings and listen we thank you very much for coming on with us and will you please do it again and I hope you felt identified by it because you're not wasting your time

The Informer: Yeah, we'll see what happens. You know, how many people can come out of their cognizant dissonance and start learning. Well, you challenged them, so just get ready.

Vyzygoth: Okay, I will. God bless you and we'll talk again. Okay. Bye-bye. Bye-bye.

The Informer: We're watching you!
